Today, we're pleased to introduce M28, a new-build residence in Port d'Andratx, designed to reinterpret Mediterranean architecture through a contemporary lens.

In this project in the heart of Palma, every design decision was made to create a brighter, more open home.

Opening up the layout allowed natural light to flow freely through the apartment, while natural materials bring warmth, softness and a timeless feel to every space.

The bespoke glass partition became the defining feature of the project. It separates the living areas without interrupting the sense of openness, while its elegant curved detailing adds rhythm and character to the interior.

Completed in 2026, this home is a reflection of our approach to design: creating spaces that are simple, functional and made to be lived in.
