En memoria de Carmen Castillo
Desde Ebader queremos honrar la memoria de Carmen Castillo, quien recientemente nos ha dejado. Una mujer excepcional, con quien tuvimos el privilegio de trabajar y compartir momentos imborrables.
Carmen no era solo una profesional brillante, con un cargo destacado en su organización; era, sobre todo, una persona entrañable: empática, amable, generosa, respetuosa, con un gran corazón y una inteligencia que despertaba admiración. Su calidez humana traspasaba cualquier barrera, y siempre lograba hacernos sentir escuchados, valorados y acompañados. Tenía el don de encontrar siempre las palabras justas, incluso en los momentos más difíciles. Sabía corregir con firmeza, pero también con humanidad, y con una gracia que solo poseen las personas sabias. Y, ante todo, sabía enseñar. No desde la soberbia, sino desde una genuina voluntad de ayudar a los demás a crecer.
Era también una persona profundamente comprometida con su trabajo, que vivía con verdadera pasión. Amaba lo que hacía, y eso se notaba en cada detalle, en cada proyecto, en cada conversación. Carmen fue una gran profesional, pero también una gran esposa, amiga y compañera. Su entrega, su bondad y su autenticidad la hicieron única.
Todo el equipo de Ebader que tuvo el honor de conocerla la despide con profunda tristeza y con enorme gratitud. Gracias, Carmen, por tu luz, por tus enseñanzas y por la huella que dejaste en nosotros. Te recordaremos siempre con admiración y cariño.
Buen viaje, Carmen. Dondequiera que estés, sabemos que seguirás haciendo el bien.

In Memory of Carmen Castillo
At Ebader, we want to honor the memory of Carmen Castillo, who recently left us. An exceptional woman, with whom we had the privilege of working and sharing unforgettable moments.
Carmen was not only a brilliant professional, holding a prominent position in her organization; she was, above all, a truly remarkable person empathetic, kind, generous, respectful, with a big heart and a sharp mind that inspired admiration. Her warmth transcended all barriers, and she always made us feel heard, valued, and supported. She had the gift of always finding the right words, even in the most difficult moments. She knew how to correct with firmness, but also with humanity, and with a grace that only wise people possess. And above all, she knew how to teach not from arrogance, but from a genuine desire to help others grow.
She was also deeply committed to her work, which she approached with true passion. She loved what she did, and it showed in every detail, every project, every conversation. Carmen was not only a great professional, but also a wonderful wife, friend, and colleague. Her dedication, kindness, and authenticity made her truly unique.
The entire Ebader team who had the honour of knowing her bids her farewell with deep sorrow and immense gratitude. Thank you, Carmen, for your light, your teachings, and the lasting mark you left on us. We will always remember you with admiration and affection.
