And yet, that’s where we found the inspiration.

For María Luján Wellness, we reimagined one of the most familiar everyday objects. Its grid, compartments, and display logic were transformed into a shelving system where every product becomes more than something to buy—it becomes part of a ritual of self-care.

Because that’s what design does: it changes the way we see the ordinary.

THE LOBBY — ON GOING.

Some buildings don’t need to be reinvented.
They simply need to remember who they were.

Jardines del Real was conceived in a time when residential architecture gave importance to arrival. Lobbies weren’t just spaces to pass through—they were part of the experience of coming home.

Our intervention begins there. We’re not renovating a lobby. We’re bringing back the ritual of arriving home.

UNIT 52 has been featured in Contemporary Living Yearbook 2027 published by Beta-Plus Publishing

We’re proud to see one of our projects included in the ninth edition of this international publication, a carefully curated collection of residences where architecture, interiors and craftsmanship come together through thoughtful design.

Across 752 pages, the Yearbook showcases projects that celebrate materiality, atmosphere and the way we inhabit spaces. Being part of this selection is an honour, and another step in sharing our work beyond borders.

Great ideas always find their people

In 1959, a group of artists, architects and creatives came together in Ibiza to form Grupo Ibiza 59, helping turn the island into a meeting point for experimentation, modernism and cultural exchange.

Erwin Broner’s house stands as one of the lasting symbols of that spirit—a lesson in restraint, light and proportion, where modernism meets Ibiza’s vernacular architecture with remarkable simplicity.

Visiting places like this reminds us that creative communities leave a legacy far beyond the work they produce.
