A home for rehearsal, collaboration and creativity – welcome to ’s office and member space 💫

Mint & More was responsible for the full spatial design, assembling the design & engineering team for the building permit process, and leading the project from early concept development through to the final interior detailing.

The design process was strongly user-driven, with close attention paid to the needs and wishes of the union’s members from the very beginning. The new facilities support a wide range of activities, from training sessions and script readings to seminars and workshops.

Rakli Workplace Awards 2025 Vastuullisuuskategorian voittajakohde on Vincitin toimistohanke Tampereella. Lämpimät onnittelut!

Vaikka kyseinen tilamuutos ei ole meidän projekti, olemme erittäin iloisia siitä, että nämä 7v sitten Spondalle suunnittelemamme MOW coworking-hubin tilat ovat saaneet uuden pitkäaikaisen vuokralaisen. Tiloja muokattiin vain kevyesti vastaamaan Vincitin tarpeita ja lisäksi iso osa tilaan alunperin suunnittelemistamme kalusteista sai jatkokäyttöä. Pyrimme aina suunnittelemaan tilat niin, että tehdyt ratkaisut palvelevat myös tulevia käyttäjiä. Tämä on loistava esimerkki siitä miten rohkeasti sisustetut, m***a hyvin suunnitellut tilat voivat olla kestäviä.

”Tampereen tilahankkeen ympäristövaikutukset ovat poikkeuksellisen pienet kiertotaloustuotteiden suosimisen ja maltillisten muutostyöratkaisuiden ansiosta.”

”Vincit lunasti ison osuuden edellisen vuokralaisen kalusteista ja irtaimistosta ja käytti näitä toimiston sisustamisessa olemassa olevien kalusteiden lisäksi.”

Meidän ja Castellumin Lindström Talon projekti sai Raklin Workplace Awards 2025 kilpailussa hopeasijan vastuullisuuskategoriassa sekä kunniamaininnan 🏆

 ♻️ ”Lindström Talon uudistuksessa materiaalien kiertotalousratkaisut toteutettiin poikkeuksellisen innovatiivisesti ja vähähiilisesti. Purettaville materiaaleille etsittiin uusia käyttötarkoituksia ja hankinnoissa suosittiin vähähiilisiä, kierrätettäviä materiaaleja.”

New reference: IQM showroom 🚀

Slush is here, and in honor of IQM being one of the speakers, check out the showroom we designed for them 💫

The goal was to design a memorable space that is both experiential and adaptable. The spatial concept was to bring the invisible world of quantum computing into an architectural scale. Instead of a full renovation, the design builds on what already existed and integrates it into the new concept to minimise the environmental impact.
