Our 10-day course has come to an end here in Japan. I’ve learned so much that it almost feels like I’ve been doing things totally wrong before , or at least that there seem to be better ways of doing things 😅
I will bring that home with me ❤️

We lived up in the mountains, so there was an everyday ride up and down the hill, with stunning views. The waterfall was just next to senseis studio.
One evening&day we visited Furukawa Festival and we also got to follow the trees leafing out, the cherry blossoms. Magnolia in the wild and and

So many other things . Not to forget the food. Think I will ned a month of sallad diet after this . grateful for this experience.

Now I have a few days to explore Japan, but it surely feels like a country you want to return to.

In the clay office I have an egg factory going, and at the same time I’m trying to get an online shop set up. Spring is full of courses, and in a month I’m going to Japan myself for a pottery course. I’m looking forward to it , I received a travelgrant from Kulturfonden 🤩

Yesterday I tried to take some photos for the courses I have at Sipoon Opisto.
Almost all my tools were in Porvoo, where I held a Sat–Sun course. Luckily, some were still left in the clay office.

I have a degree in photography (pics at ).
But I seem to have a hard time shooting ceramic stuff with the real camera. I need to improve that part 😅
