There’s something about putting on a good fragrance before you leave the house that just makes you feel a little more together.

Not necessarily dressed up. Just showered, decent shirt on, hair vaguely behaving and hopefully nothing wiped something sticky on you before you get out the door.

I’ve been gifted the new MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense from . It’s got that fresh, clean hit at first, but settles into something warmer and more woody on the skin.

I know a lot of people won’t find growing a cauliflower particularly exciting. But this one is pretty special to me.

It’s not just one Georgia and I grew - Holland did too.

It’s the first vegetable we’ve harvested from the garden, and she’s been involved from the very beginning. She helped me build the planter boxes, pushed the wheelbarrow for the dirt, mixed the fertiliser into the soil, planted the seedlings, pulled the weeds and watered them. She even checked on them when it snowed.

And today, she was proud as punch when we finally cut our first cauliflower.

I think the way she respects the garden and takes such an interest in it is because we’ve included her in it. We’ve let her get her hands dirty, given her little jobs to do and encouraged her curiosity.

It’s only a cauliflower, but watching your kid grow something from the ground up makes it feel like a pretty big deal. 🥦

Arm chairs, what style are we vibing, what fabrics, and what brands? We have had these two chairs for 10 years now but we really want chairs with arms so people can sit more comfortably on them. We will likely hold onto these because we love them, but just not the biggest or comfiest.
