It’s finally time to reveal the last guitar completed in the Biarritz workshop before the move to Normandy.
More than 200 hours of work went into creating this one-of-a-kind B-24L, a tribute to the haunting beauty and history of the Catacombs of Paris.
Built from torrefied flamed maple, this guitar features an incredible artwork on the back, entirely hand-drawn by scientific illustrator Charlene Letenneur.
The parchment rosette, designed by Charlene Letenneur and meticulously handcrafted by Atelier Matéo Crémades, completes the dark and intricate aesthetic of the instrument.
At the heart of the rosette lies a skull, surrounded by an intricate composition of bones and ornamental details.
And the details don’t stop there: 124 miniature skulls have been inlaid into the end graft, creating a tiny ossuary hidden within the instrument.
A guitar where craftsmanship, art, and the macabre come together.
