Been training a lot so body meds ( Needs ! You c**k ) recover day . Also sleep a lot from yesterday evening and this morning .

Training day

Warm up , 7 rounds plus

Actually show over 13 minutes round for a changes . Full body work out .

Garmin , Strava not designed to pick out such .

2 5kg dumbbells
15 kg Indian power club

Drills in between rounds runs etc

175 HR above my max for 52 years old .

Je jetais juste un coup d’œil aux installations à Pompignac, en France. Il y en a vraiment partout. J’ai moi-même joué un peu au tennis 🎾, mais pas énormément.

Je vais plutôt faire mon entraînement dans le parc : travail à la corde, puis utiliser l’allée ombragée pour les navettes. Ensuite, je terminerai avec un peu de sur les bosses.

Je ne sais pas encore si les vacances scolaires ont déjà commencé. Nous ne sommes qu’au début du mois de juin. Je m’attends cependant à ce que ce ne soit plus très loin.

Was just checking out the there are an abundance of these many places . I have played a bit of tennis 🎾 myself . Not much . I’ll do my work on the park . Rope work . Use the shaded path for the shuttle runs and then I’ll finish of with some on the trash . Not quite sure if the school holidays are here just yet . It’s early June . Won’t be to far off though I would expect .
