A small book I made for my wife from individual A5 sheets of paper. I bound them with a glued square-back then fitted them together. Here's the result.

A minor restoration of this 1930 book. The spine was rebound identically in blue percaline cloth, and the covers were cleaned and hardened with tylose. The problem is, I glued the text block upside down—clumsy me!

Before/After. I bound this modern book (perfect bound, without signatures), which isn't so easy to do. I'm still making mistakes, but the result isn't too bad. What do you think?

I bound this book, which I found in a landfill. It's an anecdotal history of the French flag, 1876. It will survive this century without any problems.
