Article paru dans le journal La Tribune le jeudi 11 décembre 2025... Encore un grand merci à Rhania pour ce bel article qui introduit mon arrivée à Donzère. Mon installation au parc de la chocolaterie de Donzère a eu lieu il y a presque un an, en mars 2025. L'aventure continue !

For so long I havn't used this combo : high carbon steel with walnut tree. I choose to mix the classic look with contemporary technics and materials... The result is astonishing ! The blade has been made with 1095, with selective clay quenched. 1045 spring with patina outside Vs mirror polish inside...

This is one of the reason I got into metal working : the sculpture ! Nature is mindblowing and so inspiring. My artistic approach lead me to discover how to make organic shapes and lignes. Also how to make it "alive" and look natural.

Le marché de noël de Donzère...
Et voila, ce fût la dernière sortie de l'année ! Un très bel événement avec une grosse organisation en amont. Merci de Donzère et au comité des fêtes !
Durant tout le weekend, j'ai pû présenter mon entreprise aux Donzèrois(es) et visiteurs des alentours. Notamment de la possibilité de création de couteau sur commande pour des cadeaux sur mesures ! Ou encore le service de réparation, d'entretien et d'affûtage à mon atelier, au parc de la chocolaterie.

Prochain événement : le salon du couteau de la Méditerranée (Agde), durant le dernier weekend de mars 2026.

Voici un des derniers couteaux de cuisine fabriqué à l'atelier. Un éminceur de type chef, avec 210mm de tranchant. En acier au carbone C130 (1.25% de carbone) avec une trempe sélective à l'argile... Le manche est en loupe de peuplier stabilisé.

Cette création est disponible à la vente et est visible sur mon site web. Qui a envie de cuisiner avec un tel outil ??
