From September 6 to 9, I will have the pleasure of hosting a live demonstration at the Homo Faber biennial, which is taking place in Venice throughout the month of September.

🪭// For this occasion, over the four days of the live demonstration, I will create a reinterpretation of an early 17th-century Venetian parchment flag fan. You will thus be able to discover parchment carving, a know-how that reached its peak in Venice in the mid-17th century.

🔥💀// Paris Catacombs Rosette \\💀🔥

At the beginning of the year, luthier Virgile Pilon of Blind guitars, who crafts exceptional guitars, contacted me with a very exciting project that I immediately accepted: creating a parchment rosette on the theme of the Paris Catacombs for one of his upcoming guitars.

The design was created by the very talented scientific illustrator . It was a true pleasure to work from her drawings, which possess unparalleled anatomical precision!

This rosette is just one of the many decorative elements on the instrument, all themed around the Catacombs. This guitar will be exceptional! Stay tuned to the Blind guitars account to follow its creation!

En début d'année, le luthier Virgile Pilon de Blind guitars, qui fabrique des guitares d'exception, m'a contacté pour me proposer un projet très excitant que j'ai tout de suite accepté : la réalisation d'une rosace en parchemin sur le thème des Catacombes de Paris pour une de ses prochaines guitare.

Le dessin a été réalisé par la très talentueuse illustratrice scientifique . Ça a été un véritable plaisir de travailler d'après ses dessins d'une précision anatomique sans pareille !

Cette rosace n'est qu'un des nombreux éléments de décoration de l'instrument sur le thème des Catacombes. Cette guitare sera exceptionnelle ! Restez à l'affût sur le compte de Blind guitars pour suivre sa réalisation !
