Whilst we await news on offering creative workshops, we are focusing our efforts on fundraising so that when we can reopen our doors, we can look to offer more to our members. If you are having a clear out and would like to support our Association, we welcome any donations of new or nearly new clothes including shoes, bags and accessories.

If you are coming by, let us know by sms (07 66 81 51 57) or via messenger and we will be happy to pop the kettle on and show you around. If you haven't got time for a cuppa and just want to leave your donations, please ensure they are in sealed bags or boxes and left at the donations drop off point.

Mental health affects so many people and I'm no different. The past couple of months have been exceptionally difficult. I set up the Repair Shed to try and help those affected by mental health but by trying to help others I neglected my own. I'm lucky, I spotted the signs and I have a support network that I can talk to. Men , generally, don't talk about their issues, but you really should if you can. Being creative and helping others through workshops gives us a real sense of pride. If you want to talk, create, just be with others and talk, get in touch, this is why we set the association up, to help you. It's OK to talk and we are here to listen. Elf

A very happy new year to you all and my apologies for not publishing our 2025 calendar of workshops.

In December 2023 we asked our local Mairie if there was anything that we needed to be aware of before running workshops in our facility.

A year later and we have now been advised we need to fill out some forms and have a fire and evacuation inspection before we can host any more workshops from Shedquarters.

The forms have been submitted and we are awaiting the inspection and recommendation but we are unable to conduct any workshops until the inspection and any recommendations having been completed. We are currently assessing whether we can run workshops from the local Salle des Fetes and will of course let you know the outcome as soon as we know more.

We have had a number of requests for people wanting to learn how to Crochet and understand a crochet pattern. If anyone is willing to lead a workshop for this, can you please let us know. We will provide the venue, all the materials etc but just need someone with the know how who would be willing to share. Thank you

There are a few places left on the Introduction to Weaving workshops on Thursday 19th and Saturday 21st September. If you would like to reserve your place, please get in touch. You will have to be quick as places are reserved on a first come first serve basis !

What a busy day! Our first day open and lovely to spend time with one of our members on using some of the Studio machinery. Followed by a visit from our local journalist who wants to write and article on our Association. Time for a hot cuppa and chill out now.

Don't forget we are now open every Thursday and Saturday 10am to 4pm. Visitors are welcome to come and see what we are up to and members can book morning or afternoon sessions to use the workshop or studio.
