Ultimate Creamy Meatball Pasta Skillet 🍝🥩✨💫⭐😋🌟☀️✨

Ingredients
🥩 Juicy Meatballs
500 g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20)
½ cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
🍝 Pasta
300 g (10 oz) fusilli pasta
🧀 Creamy Tomato Parmesan Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1½ cups (360 ml) tomato sauce
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
¾ cup (75 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
🌿 Garnish
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Extra Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 12–14 small meatballs.
2. Brown the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fusilli according to package directions until al dente, about 9–11 minutes. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
4. Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
5. Create the Creamy Base
Add the tomato sauce, cream, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Combine Everything
Return the meatballs to the skillet. Add the cooked fusilli and toss until coated. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for a silkier sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
7. Serve
