Meet Bram Beels, our new Finance Director at Novy! 👋

Bram joins us with 14 years of experience across different finance roles and becomes part of Novy’s management team.

After 13 years with his previous company, he was ready for a new challenge. Novy’s strong Belgian roots, with R&D, production and sales closely connected, immediately appealed to him. So did the opportunity to contribute to an innovative company and help shape its next chapter.

Bram likes to look beyond the numbers and understand how different parts of a business work together. He’s committed, eager to learn and not afraid to challenge the status quo when needed.

Outside of work, Bram is a football fan and a licensed pilot. For the past two and a half years, he’s been taking to the skies in a Piper aircraft, exploring Belgium and beyond. And with plenty still on his bucket list, there are more destinations to come.

We’re pleased to introduce a new face at Novy!

Just before the summer break, Jeroen joined us as R&D Electronics Engineering Manager, bringing 14 years of experience with him.

At Novy, he’ll be leading our electronics team and working across hardware, firmware and software. It’s a role that suits him well, as Jeroen likes to stay close to the technology while also focusing on the people behind it.

The combination of quality, design and the scale of Novy immediately appealed to him. Add his pragmatic mindset and eye for aesthetics, and we think he’ll feel right at home here.

When he’s not immersed in technology, you’ll probably find Jeroen walking or cycling, or making time for his interest in culture and art.

With temperatures rising, Novy was in for a refreshing surprise this afternoon: an ice cream truck right outside our lunch area!
