Sometimes the best inspiration doesn’t come from a canvas… it comes from simply stepping outside.

A quiet walk, a deep breath, and suddenly you’re surrounded by a sea of bluebells — soft, endless, almost dreamlike 💙

Nature has this beautiful way of reminding us how to create without overthinking. No rules, no pressure… just flow, colour, and feeling.

Today I’m inspired by blues, softness, and the magic of simply being present. 🤗

I usually do this three times a year, with the guidance of the beautiful and incredibly knowledgeable Elfa. So grateful to have her in my life 😍🫶

It’s amazing to feel and see how the body–mind–soul declutters itself when it’s given the space to do so… Feeling light, happy, content and grateful—filled with so much energy and love! ✨

The last paint event of the year was truly a special one.🌟❤️

A small gift from me to the wonderful patients of Hollanden Park Hospital.

Being able to bring colour, joy, smiles, and laughter into hospital life was incredibly moving and deeply fulfilling.

Today, not only beautiful keepsake artworks were created, but also precious moments and memories that will stay forever. 🎄🥰🎨✨
