The MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2026 edition revealed a total of 434 outstanding establishments, reflecting a culinary landscape that continues to evolve with confidence and authenticity, while inviting diners to discover Taiwan beyond its cities through its rich local culture and unforgettable dining experiences.

Thank you to our Destination Partner, 交通部觀光署, for presenting the plaques to the MICHELIN Starred, Bib Gourmand, and MICHELIN Selected restaurants in this latest edition.
