Mikey Food & Travel Host, Chef, Author - Gastgeber, Koch, Autor Ich verbinde das Kochen mit ausgeprägter Gastfreundschaft. So entsteht ein außergewöhnlicher Raum zum Genießen.

Das Kochen habe ich von einer Französin gelernt, die mich gelehrt hat, wie wichtig es ist, das ideale Produkt zu verwenden. Dem folge ich seit Jahren. Dabei verwende ich im Geiste der internationalen Slow Food Bewegung ausschließlich gute, saubere und faire Produkte. Nur so kann ich meinen Gästen nicht nur einen Nachhaltigen Genuss, sondern auch den besten Geschmack bieten! I combine cooking with distinct hospitality. This creates an extraordinary space to enjoy. I learned how to cook from a French woman who taught me the importance of using the ideal product. I have been following this for years. In the spirit of the international Slow Food movement, I use only good, clean and fair products. Only in this way can I offer my guests not only a sustainable pleasure, but also the best taste. And that is what I stand for!
