🇫🇷 Qu'est-ce qu'on offre à quelqu'un qui aime les gâteaux mais ne peux pas en manger beaucoup et qui n'a pas trop de place pour des bibelots?

Un mini gâteau 🎂🎉🎈🎁

Un gâteau normal on le mange et on passe à autre chose. Un gâteau en pâte polymère ça reste. Et on y associe des souvenirs de fête et de présence❤️

A normal cake you simply eat it and move on. A polymer clay cake remains. And you associate to it memories of parties and the people there❤️

US: Sometimes things don't work out the way you'd intended...

🔶Expectations (a fabulous world) VS Reality (a complete disaster)
🔶I usually show you my best creations, but today I'm showing you an epic fail.
🔶When I bought my first mini oven to bake my creations, I immediately wanted to make pretty things BEFORE I experimented with the oven.
Spoiler: It was a big mistake!
🔶What I wanted to get was this beautiful swirl design (a technique I’d just learned then), with metallic sheens from this metallic range + the orange and black mixing 😍
🔶What I got instead was this:
The oven overheated, the clay overcooked, and exploded like popcorn.
🔶 I’d set the oven to the temperature and time indicated on the packaging.
BUT! I hadn't taken the time to try out the oven and figure out which setting would work best, or at what height to place my dish in the oven.
🔶 I kept these "popcorns" as a reminder to always make experiments before undertaking a big project.
And honestly, I find the result so strange, yet fascinating 👀

🌟Once upon a time, a story about sculpture April 2026

🌟This year for Easter, I had fun and sculpted all of my ideas
At first, I was SIMPLY going to make a test for the Easter workshop, but I indulged my sculpting inspiration 😆 . And it caused all the rest…

🌟The backside of a rabbit coming out of a burrow. I’ve had this idea in mind since last year, after seeing a sugarpaste version in a video.
I started to imagine a rough story from that moment. I couldn’t help myself…

🌟This is how I ended up creating the side bag and the eggs. I modeled a toppled side bag with the eggs spilling from it
These eggs were a bit too big for my liking, and since I had another idea in mind that I wanted to sculpt, I made smaller eggs

🌟I put part of them in a small basket. I visibly can’t stop making my creations smaller and smaller 😆

🌟This is when the full story came to be. This mischievous rabbit (that I drew specifically for this post) spots the baskets full of chocolate eggs in the garden

🌟He won’t share the chocolate, so he fills the side bag with eggs and runs away. Too happy with his mischief, he doesn’t look where he’s going, trips over a rock, and falls headfirst into a hole. The side bag flies off and opens, and the eggs fall on the floor
