At the heart of Château de Challain, often referred to as “the little Chambord,” this editorial shoot envisions a romantic and luminous wedding set within an exceptional Loire Valley château.

The entire artistic direction is built around a soft and refined palette, inspired by the château’s rich
architecture, to create a poetic and elegant scenography.

Flowers unfold with lightness, almost in motion, as though they had always belonged to the setting. Then appears the black horse, a powerful, cinematic silhouette, contrasting with the softness of the overall atmosphere and bringing a more dramatic dimension to the scenography.

Au cœur du Château de Challain, surnommé « le petit Chambord », ce shooting éditorial imagine un mariage romantique et lumineux dans un château d’exception de la vallée de la Loire.

Toute la direction artistique s’appuie sur une palette douce et raffinée, inspirée par la richesse
architecturale du château, pour créer une scénographie raffinée et poétique.

Les fleurs se déploient avec légèreté, presque en mouvement, comme si elles avaient toujours appartenu au lieu. Puis apparaît le cheval noir, silhouette puissante et cinématographique, venant contraster avec la douceur de l’ensemble et apporter une dimension plus dramatique à la scénographie.

Each bouquet I create is designed as a unique piece.

I like to start with colors, play with nuances, and look for a balance between textures and the lightness of the flowers. Nothing is fixed: I compose, I adjust, until I reach that sense of natural harmony and evidence.

Chaque bouquet que je compose est pensé comme une pièce unique.
J’aime partir des couleurs, jouer avec les nuances, chercher l’équilibre entre les textures et la légèreté des fleurs. Rien n’est figé : je compose, je réajuste, jusqu’à trouver cette sensation d’évidence.

The dinner unfolds outdoors, with the château as a backdrop, between daylight and candlelight.

The soft color palette enhances the entire setting, creating a natural harmony between the venue, the table, and the delicate floral arrangements. Between gilded plates, crystal glassware, and candlelight, the atmosphere comes to life: that of a destination wedding at the château, intimate and undeniably elegant.

Le dîner se dévoile en extérieur, avec le château en toile de fond, entre lumière du jour et chandelles.

La palette douce vient sublimer l’ensemble et crée une harmonie naturelle entre le lieu, la table et les compositions florales délicates. Entre assiettes dorées, verrerie en cristal et lumière des bougies, l’atmosphère prend vie : celle d’un mariage de destination au château, intime et résolument élégant.

Vertigo:
Not the kind that makes you sway. The kind that carries you.

The vertigo of a balcony, of a veil slipping free, carried by the wind;
of a few steps to walk down, and an entire life to begin.

The vertigo of whispering, “this is it,”
with a heart beating louder,
beneath that soft, early-autumn light.

In these images, everything speaks of height:
the architecture, the momentum, the train, the ceremony…
And yet what moves you most is the simplicity of a gesture:
a hand resting, a kiss, a gaze,
like a promise kept at the edge of the world.

Vertigo, in the end, might be just that:
being afraid… and going anyway.

Le vertige :
Pas celui qui fait vaciller. Celui qui porte.

Le vertige d’un balcon, d’un voile qui s’échappe, porté par le vent ;
de quelques marches à descendre, et d’une vie entière à commencer.

Le vertige de se dire « ça y est »,
avec le cœur qui bat plus fort,
sous cette lumière douce, déjà automnale.

Sur ces images, tout parle de hauteur :
l’architecture, l’élan, la traîne, la solennité…
Et pourtant, ce qui saisit le plus, c’est la simplicité d’un geste :
une main posée, un ba**er, un regard,
comme une promesse tenue au bord du monde.

Le vertige, finalement, c’est peut-être ça :
avoir peur… et y aller quand même.
