Join me as I create a pistachio accord during my summer school at ISIPCA last year 💖
After one week of learning, we received a new assignment: creating our own creative accord.
The first time I went to France, 15 years ago, I fell in love with pistachio desserts, especially macarons.
So when I returned to France for this summer school and encountered so many pistachio desserts again, I knew I wanted to create a pistachio accord to remember this beautiful learning trip.
Our teacher, Sébastien, guided me through the process. It seemed simple, but it was more challenging than I expected.
Luckily, I had such great classmates. They were all so supportive and helped me smell and refine my work. I miss you all!
After a long day in the lab, I finally finished my pistachio accord.
Even until graduation day, my friends still remembered me as the pistachio girl. Lol 🤣
