Giving materials a second life ♻️
Production offcuts are first collected and carefully sorted by colour. These materials are then processed into recycled fibres, transformed into recycled yarns, and finally woven into new Sunbrella® Plus® Recycled fabrics, giving valuable resources a second life while reducing environmental impact.

With Recycle My Sunbrella®, sustainability starts at the very first step: co-design. Since 2011, our Greenovation initiative has driven us to rethink the lifecycle of our textiles. Today, we give a second life to 100% of our acrylic waste, recovering, reusing, recycling, and upcycling to reduce our environmental impact. 🍃
Fabrics produced through the Recycle My Sunbrella program are now composed of 50% recycled fibers and 50% virgin fibers, combining innovation, performance, and responsible design to create long-lasting collections.
