We have some exciting news 🤗

We are now part of the UK Hand Knitting Association which means there are a lot of fun opportunities we can take part in such as 'Love your yarn shop' and 'yarnstravaganza' which we are so excited about.

This also means we can begin to explore the opportunities of workshops, groups and classes in more detail now. We wanted to share this news with you all because we are so excited with what is to come and more opportunities available for us as a shop.

As Many of you know we now have James C Brett and Stylecraft as well as Cygnet Yarns in our shop. We are looking at expanding more with these yarns and furthering expanding our wool, knitting and crochet accessories and the kits that we carry.

We look forward to taking you on this journey of development and what is to come. The photos show the current selection of wool/yarns within our shop, as well as the accessories and crochet and knitting kits we have available.

🎉It’s our birthday 🎉

Today is our 4th Birthday as a shop and we just want to say a massive thank you for all your support and love over the last four years. We have created a wonderful community that have helped us and supported us.

Thank you for being there with us, from the beginning when we didn’t have a full shop to now where we have expanded in the shop making it bigger. We have branched out with more fabric variety and also wool. We will be having four different makes of yarn in our shop and that is because of your wonderful support and love. Because you all have been there for us.

So a big thank you for helping Michelle’s dream come true! Sadly, Michelle isn’t in these photos because she is at home unwell but she is so grateful and proud of everything that has been achieved within the shop. For all the support and love.

Thank you everyone and let’s continue to grow and build together. Here is to more years in town. Thank you for choosing to shop local and support small businesses ❤️

PLEASE READ -
We are now accepting orders for handmade items ready for Christmas ❄

Whether you are looking to have memory bears, cushions (printed/handmade), aprons, crochet toys and more. We have got you covered this Christmas for all your wonderful handmade makes.

All orders for Christmas (except memory bears) will need to be put in before the 19th December due to be ready by the 24th December. Memory bears will need to be ordered before 30th November to ensure you get them before Christmas.

Feel free to message if you have any questions regarding this. We wanted to do this post nice and early because we have already had people coming in and placing orders and buying items ready for Christmas day.

On Tuesday a lady and her baby came in and bought a Taggy Blanket. On the same day someone bought it back in after they found it on the floor by Library Square. In the bag so the product is safe with us.

We would like the lady to have her item back. So with everyone’s help could you share this post please 🙏

We currently have 9 balls left in store, and to make way for new wool we are discounting each ball by 20%. This means they go from £5.20 to £4.16 a ball.

Once gone, they are gone for good ❤️
