Are you wanting to learn a new hobby but would prefer not to join a group session? 🫶🏼

We’re now offering 1:1 beginner crochet classes! Perfect if you’re completely new to crochet and want to learn in a relaxed, one-to-one setting at your own pace.

Each session is 2 hours long, giving you time to learn the basics and have a go yourself 🧶

✨ Availability:
• Tuesday–Friday: 10am–2pm
• Every other Saturday: from 11:30am
• Every other Sunday: from 12:30pm

Evening sessions may also be possible, subject to availability, so just ask!

🎀 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎀

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we at Creations for Klay are holding this cause especially close to our hearts. đź’—

For those of you who don’t know, my (Emily’s) dad was diagnosed this year with stage 4 cancer of the kidney and breast. My Nana who is no longer with us had also battled breast cancer in her time with us. So, this year, this cause has taken on an even deeper meaning for us.

When I first found out about my dad’s diagnosis, I felt completely confused and, honestly, quite uneducated. I had never realised that men could develop breast cancer. It was something I had never really heard talked about.

Only around 1% of breast cancer cases occur in men, but that 1% is so important to recognise. Breast cancer doesn’t only affect women, and awareness can make a difference. 🎀

So, throughout October, we want to do our little bit to help support research and raise awareness.

đź’— 100% of proceeds from all pink-coloured yarn purchases throughout October will be donated to Breast Cancer Now.

Whether you’re purchasing some beautiful pink yarn, sharing our post, talking about breast cancer, or simply taking a moment to educate yourself, every little bit helps.

Please use this month as an opportunity to know your body, know the signs, and know the cause.

And ladies… CoppaFeel! 🎀 Get to know your b***s, check them regularly, and don’t be afraid to speak up if something feels different.

Here’s to raising awareness, supporting research, remembering those we’ve lost, and standing beside those still fighting. 💗
