✨️Fire Honey recipe✨️
I have adapted the traditional fire honey recipe to add rosemary as it helps with memory loss, and also dandelion root, which helps with inflammation, gut and liver health, and many other ailments.

💜 Full recipe in the comments 💜
I'm using manuka honey in the video but any honey is fine.
I grind up the rosemary and dandelion root in an electric coffee grinder and store them in airtight containers.
I'm using a half teaspoon measure in the video.
