Do you love meeting people, creating content and being the face of a local business?

Sapphire Windows & Doors is looking for a friendly, confident and creative individual to join our team at our brand-new Milford Haven showroom.

This exciting role combines customer service, welcoming visitors to our showroom, social media and content creation. You'll be welcoming customers into the showroom while helping showcase our products and business online through engaging content across our social channels.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. We're looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience for customers and represent our brand positively both online and in person.

💎 What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Running the day-to-day showroom operation
✔ Welcoming and assisting customers
✔ Helping customers understand our range of windows and doors
✔ Gathering information for quotations
✔ Creating photo and video content
✔ Coordinating our social pages: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
✔ Appearing in promotional videos and online content
✔ Supporting website updates
✔ Helping promote the business across South and West Wales

💎 We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔ Friendly, professional and approachable
✔ Confident communicating with customers
✔ Comfortable using social media
✔ Happy appearing on camera
✔ Organised and proactive
✔ Creative and enthusiastic

Welsh-speaking skills would be an advantage but are not essential.

Big shout out to in Swansea for creating our branded wall sign for the new showroom.

Great support from start to finish, turned around within a very tight deadline and supplied with simple, clear fitting instructions and a great template to follow.

It was so straightforward, we could even trust our Director, Shaun, to fit it 😉😂

Today marks a very special milestone for Sapphire Windows and Doors as we officially open the doors to our brand-new showroom. 🎉

We were incredibly honoured to welcome Mark Woodward, who kindly joined us to officially open the showroom and support this exciting new chapter for our business.

We have proudly served customers across Pembrokeshire for many years, and we know many people have travelled a long way to visit our showroom in Ammanford. Opening an additional showroom in Milford Haven allows us to bring the Sapphire experience closer to local homeowners and gives customers the opportunity to see, feel and experience the quality of our products firsthand.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey - our team, customers, family, friends and local community. Your support means everything.
