✅️Fact!!

😱Did you know that I have a fear of water?

❌️Did you know 2 years ago I couldn't swim?

🤯Did you known I'm training to swim the English Channel?

2 years ago, I made a huge decision to swim the English Channel for charity.
The 1st year, I trained hard, physically & mentally!
This year has been a struggle due to childcare & my vehicle was stolen.
But it hasn't stopped me from strength training 💪

I have so many food intolerances, so my diet has to be clean (most of the time) 👀🤣

Since starting up with Tropic skincare 5 years ago, and moving forward, it has opened my eyes to chemicals in our day to day essentials...

Clean eating had allowed my body to feel more energised, and less bloating.

This in turn helps with my training! 💪
