DAY 2 ✅ | The Perfect Base

The preparation continues...

Today was all about creating a perfectly smooth, level subfloor ready for the installation to begin. It might not be the most exciting stage, but it's one of the most important.

The quality of any finished floor depends on what lies beneath, and we never cut corners when it comes to preparation.

Tomorrow is when this project really starts to come to life... 👀

A quality floor doesn't start with the flooring itself—it starts with getting the subfloor right.
Today's focus was applying a professional damp proof membrane (DPM) to protect the subfloor and create the perfect foundation for the next stages of the installation.
It's not the part most people notice, but it's one of the most important steps in ensuring a long-lasting finish.
This transformation is just getting started, and we can't wait to show you the finished result over the coming days.
