As Amira Prosic concludes her four-week internship with our Manufacturing Engineering team in Camden, we’d like to thank her for the fantastic contribution she has made to supporting Operations.

Joining us from Austria during her third year of apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Amira brought enthusiasm, dedication and a fresh perspective to the team. During her time with us, she played a key role in driving improvements in daily TPM, 5S and Work Standards within our Window Factory.

It’s been a pleasure having Amira on the team, and we wish her every success as she continues her studies and career journey.

Every month, we celebrate our Camden Value Awards winners — but what do these awards represent?

At Camden, we know our success is driven by the dedication, talent and commitment of our people. That’s why each month we invite nominations from across the business to recognise colleagues who truly embody our core values: People First, Leadership, and Quality & Trust.

We receive an incredible number of nominations every month, all reviewed and voted on by our senior leadership team. While we would love to recognise every single nominee, only three winners can be selected.

Samuel Gebert (second from right) has spent the past four weeks with Camden as part of the Intern Europe Programme, working in the purchasing team. He is from Berlin and is pictured with Steven Doorish (Purchasing Manager), Catherine McKenna (Buyer), and Agnieszka Kierczak (Purchasing Supervisor).

During his time at Camden, Samuel enjoyed the working environment and gained hands-on experience in key purchasing tasks, including purchase orders, stock control, and data entry. Outside of work, he also explored the local area, including a visit to the Giant’s Causeway.

We’re pleased to welcome Erwin McKee as our new Managing Director at Camden.

Erwin brings over two decades of leadership and managerial experience within manufacturing, production and processing environments, including aerospace and medical operations. He has a strong track record in driving operational performance, improving production efficiency and embedding lean ways of working, while keeping people at the heart of how teams operate.

Speaking about his new role, Erwin said "Camden comes from a truly unique marketplace opportunity in that it's a really strong foundational business and we are really well positioned in the market with a truly innovative product, but we also have a huge opportunity to take advantage of growth within the marketplace. To come into an already established business, with that blueprint ahead, where I feel I can add value to both the business and to the teams is truly exciting."

Erwin is passionate about being visible on the shop floor, working closely with teams across the business and continuing to help Camden grow. He believes that well-supported, engaged teams are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality output.

We’re delighted to have Erwin on board and look forward to the experience and leadership he brings to the next chapter at Camden.

A big congratulations to our final winners for the year of the Camden Value Awards.

These awards are a small way of saying thank you to colleagues who support others, live our values and make a difference through the everyday things they do.

What a great morning at our Camden Christmas Charity Raffle🎄

We were all in the Christmas spirit as we downed tools, spent time with colleagues and enjoyed sweet treats as the excitement grew for our big prize draw.

Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket, donated and helped make it such a success — we raised an amazing £1,742.35 in total for our chosen Christmas Charity – Children's Northern Ireland Hospice 🤩

Huge congratulations to all our winners and a big well done to everyone involved for making it such a feel-good way to kick off the festive season❤️
