Another reason to love working at Camden!

Today, we came together for our quarterly All Hands meeting — an opportunity to reflect on how the business is performing, celebrate our progress, and look ahead to where we’re going.

What makes these meetings so valuable is the transparency from the top down, ensuring everyone feels informed, involved, and part of Camden’s journey.

It’s also a chance for our team to ask Erwin, our Managing Director, questions about the future of Camden and get honest, open answers directly from the top.

And to make the day even better, we were treated to breakfast as a thank you for the team’s hard work, dedication and commitment!

A lovely way to recognise the people who help make Camden what it is.

Because at Camden, it’s not just about where we’re going, but making sure we all understand the journey, feel valued, and have a voice along the way.

What a fantastic morning!

Our engineers had a great time visiting the Roundtower Racing Team at Antrim Grammar School to explore how we can share our expertise and support their exciting engineering journey.

It’s always a delight to see young people so passionate about engineering, design and innovation — areas we’re incredibly passionate about too!

We’re looking forward to seeing what this talented team comes up with next and hopefully playing a small part in their journey.
