Folks, we seem to go through this every couple of months, so just a quick reminder.

If you are paying online, please leave your FULL ADDRESS as the payment reference.

Unfortunately, simply leaving:
❌ Your name
❌ “Windows Paid”
❌ “Thanks”
❌ Initials

does not tell us which property the payment is for.

When no address is provided, we have to spend time trying to work out who the payment belongs to. Sometimes we can figure it out, but many times it’s impossible.

This can lead to:
⚠️ Payments not being marked off correctly
⚠️ Accounts appearing unpaid when they aren’t
⚠️ Confusion when we’re out cleaning
⚠️ Unnecessary complaints and, on rare occasions, cancellations

To help us keep our records accurate, please use your address as the payment reference every time you make a bank transfer.

New client added today for regular window cleaning ✅

We have had an amazing amount of new customers added this week all from recommendations from customers and Facebook tags etc

I really appreciate it and want to thank everyone of you please keep them coming 👍

If I havnt liked your tag or comment on Facebook I apologise I don’t always see them all, they don’t show up on my page the way they used to.
It shows there have been so many shares and comments but dosnt show me a list of who anymore
