1. Head of Sales – Showroom Based
Role Overview:
This position is based within our Blinds, Shutters & Curtains showroom and is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the showroom
• Dealing with customer enquiries in person, by telephone, and via email
• Providing product advice and guidance to customers
• Estimating, writing up orders, and following up with customers
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional showroom environment
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Experience within the housing interiors or soft furnishings industry is an advantage (or a strong interest in this area)
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
• Welcoming, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

2. Factory Floor Operative
Role Overview:
Working within our manufacturing facility, you will be involved in the production of various blind types in a busy but enjoyable working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacturing and assembling different blind systems
• Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Working independently and alongside colleagues as required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Comfortable working with manufacturing machinery
• Ability to read and accurately use a measuring tape (essential)
• Reliable, practical, and able to follow instructions
