Part-Time Retail Assistant
Location: Clarke Decorate
Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (3 days including weekends)
About the Role
Clarke Decorate is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member to join our retail team. This varied role involves providing excellent customer service in-store while also assisting with the processing and packing of online orders.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a busy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
• Serving customers and processing sales efficiently
• Assisting customers with product advice and recommendations
• Picking, packing, and processing online orders accurately and efficiently
• Restocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting low or fast-selling items
• Assisting with deliveries and organising stock
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the shop
• Handling cash and card payments accurately

• Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
• Good attention to detail, particularly when processing online orders
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
