This floor would’ve failed… if we cut corners.

Egg packing facility.

Heavy traffic. Wash downs. Hygiene critical.

The surface?

❌ Cracked
❌ Contaminated
❌ Breaking down

Most would try go straight over it…
We didn’t.

We went all in on prep:
⚙️ Full mechanical grind
⚙️ Structural crack & joint repairs
⚙️ Deep patching throughout
⚙️ Levelling the full area
⚙️ Proper substrate reinstatement

Only then did the system go down.
