A lovely scarce antique Lyon's Tea enamel advertising door fingerplate sign! Circa 1920s

It is in nice condition for its age with great gloss and is the more attractive example of the two variations produced.

A very striking little sign!

A very quirky pair of 1990s orange and black 100M Sports Watches.

1.Parallel Worlds (Mondaine) 'The Fish' from 1995

2.Animal W001 from 1997

Both are seldom seen nowadays, especially in these colours!

A lovely rare antique victorian Hudson's Soap enamel advertising dog bowl! Circa 1890s

These were placed outside shop fronts so that passing dogs could have a drink of water whilst advertising the Soap for sale inside at the same time. Super colours all round with the slogan "Drink Puppy Drink" inside as well as the Chromo Wolverhampton makers mark underneath.

Very few of these survive nowadays!

A very rare antique Edwardian advertising dish/tip tray for Eadie cycle chains! Circa 1900s

The Eadie Manufacturing Company Ltd, Redditch was formed in the early 1890s and produced a range of different early bicycle parts. It was acquired by BSA (Birmingham Small Arms Company) in 1907.

The dish itself most likely sat on a shop counter and features a white enamelled centre with a pictorial of an early bike chain that "all up to date cyclists" would apparently use.

I have never seen one of these before. A fantastic survivor and early piece of cycle advertising!

A rare and unusual vintage early 1940s Universal Genève mechanical swiss watch with a Dennison stainless steel cushion case!

It is in amazing condition for its age with crisp black numerals and blued steel hands. Quite a rarity for UG as i've only seen a couple of others with this case style, a top quality example!

A lovely unusual curved enamel advertising sign for George Baker Ltd Wire Works Birmingham! Circa 1920/30s

The main attraction of this sign is the unique mottled green/malachite style colour which i've never seen before. Super texture to the enamel and contrast against the white lettering.

Hard to say exactly what its come off, but the stand and block numbers in each corner may indicate the location of a pitch display at the British Industries Fair in which they have exhibited, with the sign being mounted to one of their samples, who knows...

A wonderful rare antique pictorial advertising showcard for Powell's Biscuits of Preston! Circa 1900s

It features a stunning colourful image of two men on a makeshift wooden raft attempting to retrieve a box of Powell's fig roll and cream cracker biscuits from the choppy waters after they were shipwrecked.

There is also a signature in the bottom left corner for renowned British marine artist, Charles John (CJ) De Lacy. It must have cost a company like Powell's quite alot at the time to commission him for the imagery. The bottom right bears a makers mark for Mardons Ltd Bristol and London, too.

A very clever, attractive piece of early advertising!

A superb very rare antique Edwardian Fry's Chocolate glass advertising countertop change tray! Circa 1900s

This quality survivor is in very nice overall condition for its age and is the first i have seen. It is advertising the iconic new at the time Fry's five boys as well as their pure concentrated cocoa and would've sat on a shop counter for customers to put their change.

Unusually, instead of King Edward, it references the late Queen Victoria who passed a year before the introduction of the first Fry's 5 boys milk chocolate bar in 1902. Perhaps this was one of the last tributes to her in advertising before Fry's solely mentioned the King alongside their Royal Warrant.

An incredible surviving example that you hardly ever see!

It is in near mint condition for its age with super gloss and is of a nice small size for display, too.
