Composite decking job finished today. Was alot of hard work to get done but the results are amazing. Such a transformation from what was there. (The dark grey decking in last pics) Decking was warped from incorrect joist spacing. Joist rot after a few years from no sealing endgrain and cutting into the treated surface to allow water to rot timbers.

Customers wanted to go for diagonal design which takes a bit more planning with new joists. But has come out so well. With blue and white alternating decking lights around the perimeter

Cloak room ive finished last week. Laid luxury vinyl flooring and tiles windowsill and wall behind basin and toilet in some left over tiles the customer had.
Also laid this floor through dining room and hall.
