Haven't posted for a while so thought I'd share some of my recent cards for your inspiration including my daughter's wedding card, a 90th birthday card for my husband's aunt and a couple of friend's birthdays.

Members of the Shadoxhurst community recently held a taster day at Shadoxhurst Village Hall. There were several crafts for everyone to try including lace making, pyrography, wood turning and printing. I ran a cardmaking table popular with both adults and children. We made cards using 3D decoupage, colour in medallions and peel off stickers.
It was a great day so thanks must go to all the team for their hard work arranging it all. And thanks to my great friend Rachel Parker-Link for assisting me.

I run a regular fun cardmaking and craft club in my craft room at my house on Park Farm, Ashford. For the last three sessions we have been using stencils. We used inks and small stencil brushes to make the main design including blending the inks for shading. To enhance some of the designs we added detail using glitter gel pens and fineliners to make certain elements really stand out.

CRAFT TASTER DAY AT SHADOXHURST VILLAGE HALL ON SAT 11TH APRIL. ADULTS AND CHILDREN WELCOME. FREE ENTRY!

If you and/or your children enjoy arts and crafts then why not come along and join us on Saturday from 10am til 1pm. There will be a variety of different crafts for you to try your hand at including pyrography, woodturning, lace making and printing. Entry is free but there will be a small charge for a few of the tables to cover materials. All the craft sessions will be run by local artists and crafters. Refreshments will be available. No need to book as this is a drop in session.
I will be running a cardmaking table with the help of my lovely assistant Rachel Parker-Link You will be able to learn how to layer up 3D decoupage, create lovely 3D mandalas ( great for those who love colouring with pens) and create with lots of peel off stickers. Both adults and children welcome. If you enjoy the session then why not pick up one of my starter kit/goody bags to take home with you or give to a friend. Just £20 each with contents worth over £40.

I have lots of cardmaking and craft supplies surplus to requirements. So I will be having a sale in my craft room at home on Park Farm, over next weekend 7/8th Feb. 10am-1pm and 2-4pm both days. If you would like to attend please message me for my address.
Low prices on everything so come and bag a bargain. Most items will be priced from 25p to £5 but some such as scrapbooks, Christmas craft kits and Hunkydory cardmaking products will be more. Lots of different craft items for both adults and children. Please note I can only take cash or Paypal at the moment though I'm hoping to have a card reader by next weekend.
Please see photos for some of the supplies that will be on sale. Also note my craft room is accessed by an external wooden staircase which may be an issue for anyone with mobility problems.

Hooray! I've completed the last day of my "craft every day in November" challenge to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease research and support for those with the condition. Made a few last Christmas cards today.
My total raised so far is £246. Thank you to everyone who has donated to this worthy cause. My fundraising page will be active for the next ten days so there's still time to donate.
