I had the pleasure in making these 2 small cushions from a beautiful elegant satin A-line wedding dress. Made in memory of a much loved and dearly missed Wife & Mum. 💖

I was asked to make a small square lavender pouch using the satin fabric and some of the lace for the husband's memory box. 💖 then just to add a little colour i embroidered some lavender stalks and the ladys name. For the inside i used some stuffing infused with pure essential lavender oil and then filled it up with dried lavender....it smelt gorgeous 💜

For the daughters cushion I decided to make it an oblong cushion as the lace sat perfectly on it. This one was filled with stuffing only. Then added some lavender embroidery & Mum.

Both cushions are now back home. 💜💜💜

I loved the clothes choices. The hats and the little wrap popped around dads shoulders too keep the chill off ❤️

These 2 handsome bears belonged to the same family as the XL Ambulance bear.

Bear 1 ...was made from a super soft black jumper and a black and white pinstripe shirt and a camouflage hat which i cut down to fit.
Bear 2 ...was made from a lovely grey jumper. I was asked to use some of the wrap to make his paws and ears. I made him a mini version of his favourite shirt and then made a mini version of the wrap to keep his shoulders warm.

Each of the 2 bears held a very special treasure of ashes inside of their tummies.

As you can see, even though I think my bears are a nice size you can see how much bigger the Ambulance bear was.

They along with AB are with their forever homes. 🩵🩵🩵

I have had the absolute pleasure in creating this XL Ambulance Retirement Bear. A keepsake for all the years worked in service.

He was made using a green ambulance zip up fleece jacket. I made a mini mock version of his shirt so we could keep the collar and a mini version of the shell ambulance jacket.

He is now back with his forever home where i know he'll be treasured. 🩵🩵🩵

This lovely bear was made in loving memory of a much loved Mum. ❤️ Made from her 2 favourite t shirts. And her favourite chiffon scarf.

She is so bright and colourful, and is back in her forever home ❤️❤️❤️
