Her first visit to work went well, she is nice and toasty laid by the flickering flames of the MCZ Halo fire.
She will pop into the showroom every now and then to help test how cosy the fireside chilling is.

A Common Question Answered 👇

We're often asked why we recommend scaffolding when some companies choose to work from ladders.

Simply put - for us safety always comes first!

Here's the longer explanation. As you can see in the picture the chimney liner comes in a large coil and the Micafil (the insulation used in chimney lining) comes in heavy bags. These materials need to be carried up the ladder and manoeuvred on the roof. The liner has to be fed down the chimney and the Micafil poured around the liner both of which are two handed awkward jobs - especially at height. When you add tall chimneys, stacks at the edge of a property or certain roof tiles using a ladder alone significantly increases the risk. Thats why in these circumstances we'll always recommend scaffolding.

This isn’t just for our installers - its for your peace of mind too! We'd never want a team member injured on the job and we know our customers wouldn't want that either.

Working at height is risky enough without taking unnecessary chances.

From a completely blank wall to a beautiful new focal point
We've created a brand-new fireplace opening featuring the stunning Woody stove by Chilli Penguin Stoves, finished with a solid oak beam from Focus Fireplaces for that timeless, natural touch.

The rear wall of the opening is lined with split-faced tiles, adding texture and depth, and really setting off the stove. Not only is this a fantastic functional addition, but it's also become a true centrepiece for the room.

How fabulous is this installation?

The Woody from Chilli Penguin Stoves looks stunning in this large brick fireplace. The beam is beautifully dressed and showing off all that is festive.

We hope this brings some cosy nights for our customer over the Christmas period. There is truly nothing like relaxing with the flicker of the flames dancing in the stove to make you feel all warm and fuzzy.
