💖Appreciation post💖

I drive past this post box every day, and this week it has had one brilliant royal crochet topper put on it.

Thank you to the person that made this it’s absolutely brilliant and made my day. I just had to stop and take a picture to share. One day I wish to make something as brilliant as this 💖

I love working in the round! But I don’t like having to count my stitches because I always loose count. It may have something to do with me watching TV at the same time 😂

A little tip for anyone new and starting out at crochet. You don’t have to count the stitches on every increase. If your pattern asks for 2,1,1,1 repeated, as an example, as long as the row ends in three stitches you know it’s right!
Saying this it is always advised to count stitches to make sure it’s correct, but if you have lost count this is an easy way you check without going back to count.

Forever not having a place to put my watch and wedding rings, so I made a little bowl to pop them in 🥰

I made it with two strands of chunky yarn and a 6mm hook to make it thick and sturdy 💖

Im making a new collection of coffee cup cosy colour choices 🥰 (that’s a lot of c’s!)

I’m not too sure if this is giving me Autumn or summer vibes?

Now to name each colour option, any name ideas for this one? 💖 maybe one begging with a c 😉

I don’t know how I have crocheted for so long without using stitch markers!

I’m officially converted. No more guessing what round I’m in, no more writing down notes so I don’t forget 🙌

To-coaster or not-to-coaster, that is the question. Who uses a coaster still at home?

I just made this pair of earthy shaded coasters which will be available shortly I’m my store.

The sun was out today, the flowers are starting to peep through the borders in the garden, and spring is round the corner.

That means my mind has turned to Easter! So I made this cute bunny ornament which can be hung on your Easter trees or alike. Now available in my Etsy shop, more colour choices will be on its way soon 💖
