🦋 I thought I’d share this from my other business, Clan Davidson Designs, as our Scentsei logo has always been a butterfly.
Many people know me for creating home fragrance, but jewellery has been my passion and full-time career for many years. Every now and then I’d love to give you a little insight into what I create there too.
This butterfly pendant was lovingly created in memory of a much-loved Mum. Her hair has been carefully preserved beneath a vibrant hot pink, with sparkling crushed glass wings for contrast. On the reverse, her actual fingerprint and a personalised engraving complete this one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Our customer gave us four of her mum’s beautiful fingerprints to choose from. We chose the one that reminded us of a delicate butterfly wing, making the piece feel even more special.
Every memorial piece I create tells its own unique story, and it’s a privilege to help families keep their loved ones close. 💗
