Ever heard of a Brussels weave? 🧢

I’ll admit, I’ve been doing this a little while now but it’s a new one to me and it’s not a term you hear every day: this beautiful carpet has been woven in the traditional Brussels style, creating a tightly looped, honeycomb surface with a real heritage feel in warm honey colours.

And just look at that texture up close. 😍

This particular carpet is only available in narrow width: just 0.92m wide - narrower than your typical broadloom carpet. But that makes it absolutely perfect for something a little different like this stair runner.

We’ve paired it with a traditional cottage-style staircase, leaving the wood visible either side and adding brass stair rods for the finishing touch πŸ‘Œ

It’s a lovely example of taking something a little unusual and making a real feature of it and you can do so at a steal because it’s currently just Β£14.99sqm!
