Naturally, he asked for a jiu-jitsu themed cake and here it is! chocolate courgette cake wrapped in a Gi!

Unfortunately, the cake did not win and was taken down in the first 2 minutes.

With a no bake recipe like this, I tend not to measure ingredients and just “wing it” when it comes to volume I will need for the portions I would like. However, I will definitely add more nuts next time 🥜 🥜 🥜

My first batch of chocolate turned into ganache because I crazily added double cream instead of coconut oil. Now need to brace the cold and venture out for some new chocolate!
