Does anyone know how to fix a sewing machine.... The handwheel is really stiff and when I press my foot down on the foot press the machine just makes a noise and the needle doesn't move! You tube is not helping 😩😩😩 I've got facemasks to sew I can't have a broken machine😂😂

Thankfulness Tuesdays🙌🏻

We are all eternally grateful for those people who are still going out to work to keep our world spinning during these uncertain times. Here at SilverDoor Apartments we are proud to be one big family and that extends to every SilverDoorian’s own family and friends, too. So, we want to start giving a couple of shoutouts to those people in our lives that are making a difference as key workers on the frontline: from supermarkets and hospitals, to schools and the police force.

Our wonderful Hollie Brooks, EA to Chairman & CEO, wanted to give a shoutout to her friend Sadie and her husband Rob, pictured here with their little girl Matilda. Sadie is a paramedic and Rob is a policeman for Thames Valley Police who are both still working despite having to juggle looking after their toddler at home. Hollie is so proud of them and we are all thankful for everything they do.

Look out for some more shoutouts because anything small we can all do to say our thanks can add up to something huge.
