Getting through this at the moment as I’ve got the sniffles and a sore throat 😩
Fermented lemons, ginger and our very own raw honey.
Not only does it taste lovely, it’s very soothing 🍋 🫚 🍯 and so natural.
I made it about 6 weeks ago and really appreciate it now 🐝

An Amazing Fact:
A worker honey bee lives for around 6 weeks in the summer months, flying at a top speed of 15MPH for around 400 miles and producing under 1/4 of a tea spoon of honey. 🐝🐝

🎉🐝 Huge congratulations to Lenham Country Market! 🏆

Bray’s Bees would like to congratulate Lenham Country Market on winning Gold in the Taste of Kent Awards! 🌟

We’ve been proud to attend this wonderful market for nearly 10 years, and it’s been a pleasure to be part of such a fantastic community of local producers, makers and customers.

This award is so well deserved and recognises all the hard work, passion and dedication that make the market such a special place. 💛

Here’s to many more years of supporting local, celebrating great Kentish produce and being part of the Lenham Country Market family!

Well done, everyone! 🥂🐝🍯

Did you know?
One honeybee can produce 8 wax flakes in about 12 hours!

Just think about how much wax is in one colony, then about how much wax it takes to make 1 beeswax pillar candle!😱

It going to be a slow morning here today with plenty of tea and coffee drinking!

What a fantastic 3 days at Broadstairs Food Festival. A big thank you to the organisers and the amazing volunteers who literally make this event happen. It certainly helped that we had such lovely weather.

Thank you to Bearsted Market on the Green, another lovely busy morning.

Another cuppa is in order before we go and unload all our empty boxes from the van 🐝🐝
