People always focus on the finished bathroom… but this is the stage that really matters.

This under stairs W/C was stripped right back to allow us to completely rework the space and prepare it properly for its new life as a modern shower room 🚿

A good bathroom renovation starts long before the new panels, brassware and enclosure go in. The preparation work is what creates a long lasting finish.

Bathroom renovation started on this one in Ardrossan.

Everything taken back to the bones so we can rebuild it properly plumbing, walls, layout, the lot.

This is the stage that matters most.

If this isn’t done right, it doesn’t matter how good it looks at the end.

Media wall fully built out and ready for plaster.

All the framework, spacing and structure needs to be right at this stage once it’s plastered, everything is locked in.

This one will be getting finished in Venetian plaster, which will give it a clean, high-end look once complete.

You’ll see the difference once it’s finished.
