Valley of stone ceramics

Thank you to everyone who visited my studio and complimented me on my pottery and enjoyed our view of the valley.
When you are a maker working alone it’s easy to suffer from imposter syndrome but today I’m walking around like a peacock 🦚 I’m pleased that I took a photo of these two cups before they jet off, as one will shortly be on its way to Japan and the other to Sri Lanka, how wonderful is that.

Feeling proud to have been selected for this event. It’s a fabulous venue I’m making a few limited edition Suffragette inspired glaze colours pieces.

Back for its second year, the May Makers Market sees People’s History Museum hand its Edwardian Engine Hall over to an even bigger mix of local craft makers.

Rossendale will always be home but Saddleworth holds a special place in my heart, especially where I got married, just a stone's throw from Authentic Uppermill who's now selling my ceramics 😊
