What a great idea these are! These tab top cushions have been designed by Tulipa Design and will be mounted on a pole and used in place of a headboard 👌

Another day and another box cushion complete!
Box cushions are certainly not my favourite things to make as they are particularly time consuming and fiddly made even more fiddly when you have to match the stripes! 😣

The first of two box cushions which will be making their way to an Oxfordshire farmhouse. Difficult to see from the photos but this one wasn’t symmetrical and had a little cut out corner which made it trickier to make and box cushions are not easy to make at the best of times so am pleased how this has turned out 😀

Couldn’t resist sharing these super cute dormer curtains mounted on Cameron Fuller Poles & Tracks portiere rods. When both standard curtains or a roman blind are not an option, these work perfectly 👌

Hi all, so I have not posted for quite sometime now. Truth is that I am still here and have still been working away in my workroom but I just decided that I wanted a break from posting on social media. That said, here are some photos from a curtain fitting I have done this afternoon along with a blind in the same fabric that was dropped off to another client of mine. This fabric has proven to be very popular this summer 🥰

The first of yesterday’s fittings….new curtains, pole and roman blind for a master bedroom and en-suite to complement these newly decorated rooms. Look what a difference a change of fabric can make to a room!

Great to see these curtains in their new home. Many thanks to for sharing these photos of the finished results. When so much love, care and time goes into making soft furnishings, it gives me such a sense of joy to see them in their new home. I mostly make soft furnishings for my own clients however at times I make for interior designers who carry out the fitting themselves so it’s always much appreciated when the finished result is shared 🥰.

Final fitting in this Oxford property today after having made several pairs of curtains, a blind and many cushions over the past year. It’s always sad when a project comes to an end and my client certainly feels that way as she has thoroughly enjoyed the process of choosing new fabrics for each room to complement other furnishings within the home.

We finished on a high though with this stunning Jane Churchill embroidered fabric for a guest bedroom ☺️

Such a lovely photo! Two pairs of these stunning interlined curtains were made for an Oxfordshire farmhouse master bedroom. Many thanks to Catriona from for asking me to make them for her client. The finished result is beautiful 😍

Eight of these sheer roman blinds were fitted into their new home today. My clients wanted simple and modern blinds that were in keeping with this beautiful property. They wanted some privacy but not lose the daylight. Both were thrilled with the results ☺️
