I am SO late putting these out here, but every year I get asked for a few even later than this, so why not today!

Wow!

I was in the garden doing the equivalent of a quick hoover before guests pop round (weeding before hosting a Flowers from the Farm regional meeting!), when I got an email informing me that Greenery had won!

THANK YOU to all of the customers, friends and long time supporters of my business who took the time to vote in the Muddy Stiletto awards. I was especially touched to get messages from non-regulars who I've never met, saying they'd voted for me 🥰

It's so fabulous that this announcement coincides with British Flowers Week, recognising that crowd-pleasing floral design can be done in a seasonal, sustainable way 🌿 A big shout out to the other FFTF members who were finalists in my category and 🙌 (they're on the list on pic two but cropped because i can whip you up a bouquet in minutes, but anything Insta takes me aaaages 🫠!)

I'm a one-woman show, operating on a small scale while doing all the life juggles with family, but I put my heart into every order and event, so this really means a lot.

Huge congratulations to Alison and Tom, who were married a week ago today 💚

After sharing an enthusiasm for natural Spring flowers in colourful pastels, they trusted me to get on with it and create bride and bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes, and table arrangements in an eclectic mix of cut glass for their table centres.

All British flowers, including plenty of homegrown Tulips, Choisya, Appleblossom, Pittosporum, Muscari, Centaurea and Forget-me-nots to absolutely pinpoint that day in the year. I hope they see these flowers blooming in theirs and others' gardens for many happy anniversaries to come 🌿.

They couldn't have picked a better weather day to celebrate . Stunning Ranunculus from and Scilla from 👌

So c'mon then, who nominated me?!

No idea how I found myself in this esteemed line up, but it's very nice to be here. I'm normally more muddy than stilettos, but it's lovely to have been nominated, and I'm very happy to don a floral frock if I win 😉

It'll be 's 9th birthday this summer, and I've never won an award before. Maybe this is my year....

Hot out of the beds, in the boldest colours there are.

The sunshine this week is forcing forth Tulip varieties which change pretty much by the day!

I delivered to earlier, and she sent me this picture for a side by side comparison with supermarket Tulips: it's the size, the colours, the layers - all hard to appreciate until you see them juxtaposed.

More picked today, so if you want to celebrate while it's here and now, get on trend, and get in touch!

💚I've still not seen much Asparagus around, so you can save next week's luxuries money for that and devour these Tulips today!
