�How do I place an order or request a quote? You can place an order by contacting us on Facebook messenger, Instagram message or by emailing [email protected] where we will go through your options and provide a lead time.

�What happens after I place an order? After yo

u place an order we request a non refundable partial payment to cover our initial costs. Once this has been paid any materials will be ordered and work will start on your piece once they arrive. We will try to update you as often as possible about the progress of your order including pictures. Once the piece is finished we will request the balance is paid and then your beautiful new item will be shipped to you.

�How do I make a payment? Once you have confirmed your order payment can be made via paypal to [email protected] or we can provide bank details for a BACS transfer.

�How long until my order has been dispatched? We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 7-10 working days but please let us know if you require it sooner. Custom orders will vary depending on our current order log and materials required, you will be provided with a lead time at the point of quote and ordering. We aim to complete custom orders within 2-8 weeks.

�Can I change my mind? When you shop online you legally have a 14-day 'grace period' to change your mind after you've received the item. After that you have a further 14 days to return the item back to us but please be sure that you want the product before purchasing. If you cancel an order while the order is being made we have the right to only give a partial refund which will be dependant on deposit value. If the product is personalised to the customer and cannot be sold onto someone else then we have the legal right to refuse the customer a refund.

All of our pieces are designed and created by hand by Jon Langford with background assistance from his lovely wife. We work hard to source sustainable materials and packaging for our products to reduce our environmental impact. Wherever possible we will also reuse packaging from items we receive to send out our orders.
