Well took today off work as I’ve a hospital appointment this afternoon, so I made use of my time this morning and been productive sat doing quotes, booking in next years work and making a decision of a few changes that needs to be made to the business moving forward next year to grow a little 😬. 2023 diary is closed and bookings are already in for most of January apart from odd day w/c 8th Jan. 2 jobs still to go quote later too but I am finally up to speed with everyone and ready for a fresh start next yr 🙌.
