The colours used...

Green... represents a nourishing mindset that is compassionate and health-focused... it signals safety, renewal, and well-being.

Pink... is all about self-care, self-love, emotional wellness, being compassionate and gentle... not only with others, but with yourself.

Turquoise... represents rejuvenation and emotional clarity.

I've had a week of little painting... time to get stuck in, find my flow, be brave, and get the details of the face in... sometimes, when I've had a pause and come back to a painting that has been flowing, I get scared... worried my energy might have changed, and I'll spoil it!

Fingers crossed I won't because I'm loving how this is developing 🤞🤞🤞
